Clarins Double Serum is a global cult favourite among beauty fans. For the launch of its updated formula, the 70-year-old brand wanted to appeal to a growing Travel Retail APAC demographic: travel hungry, tech-savvy Gen Z and millenialswho may not have seen Clarins as a brand for them.

From the concept, “The Power to Change the Skin’s Future”, the traditional travel retail experience was elevated with interactive digital touchpoints, personalized consultations, and a luxurious design drawing that would resonate with a younger audience. The experience deepened brand connection and drove engagement for Clarins in Travel Retail APAC.
